This includes an extract from the company's country of registration or constituent documents, a taxpayer registration certificate (form № 34-OPP), documents confirming the representative's authority, and the foreigner's passport. Crucially, all foreign documents must be legalized or apostilled and accompanied by a notarized translation into Ukrainian.
