about us

A consulting group that fixes processes

We optimise business processes by implementing modern digital technology. Three areas we work in every day: business process management, electronic document management, and solutions for finance and accounting.

areas

Three things we do

They rarely occur separately. A purchase request is a process, a document and money at the same time — which is why we do not split these areas between different teams.

01

Business process management (BPM)

We describe how work actually moves through the organisation and move those routes into the system: who initiates, who approves, what happens on rejection, how long a stage takes. The process stops depending on whether one particular person is at their desk.

02

Electronic document management

Contracts, orders, memos and source documents in one flow: registration, approval route, signing, storage and search — together with access rights and an audit trail of who saw and who changed what.

03

Finance and accounting solutions

Accounting, payroll, inventory, budgeting, contracts and procurement as parts of one system rather than separate applications with manual data transfer. The full list of subsystems is on the Solutions page.

scope of competence

We implement, we do not develop

This is not modesty or small print but a working boundary that defines what we are accountable for.

What it means

We do not write our own software and do not sell it. We are accountable for making the chosen product work in your organisation: that routes match the real ones, that data moves across, and that people know how to use it.

Why this is better for the client

A developer has an interest in you buying their product. We have an interest in the process working — which is why "tidying up your existing system is enough" is an acceptable outcome of a survey for us too.

What we implement

Enterprise solutions built on the UnityBase platform, a joint development of companies in the Intecracy Group international IT consortium. That gives access to documentation, updates and product teams, not just to a distribution package.

What we do not take on

We do not do one-off custom builds of anything, we do not supply licences without a prior survey, and we do not quote implementation timelines before seeing your processes and document volumes.

approach

How work begins

Implementation is always preceded by IT consulting. First we work out how things run today, and only then talk about a system.

  • Surveywe map processes as they are, not as the regulation describes them
  • Gapswe show where work stalls, duplicates or depends on one person
  • Target modelhow the process should look after the change and what the system must support
  • Estimatescope, wave plan, budget and risks — before the contract is signed
  • Pilotone real process in a working environment before scaling up
  • Supporttraining, handover and system evolution after go-live

More on each stage, client-side roles and success criteria is on the How We Work page.
